WINES

Produced and bottled on the farm, the Vinho Verde Solar das Bouças uses exclusively grapes grown on the property.

Of the approximately 34 acres of the total area of the farm, 25 hectares are filled with vines falling to the Loureiro the largest share: 20 hectares. The remaining 5 are shared by Alvarinho, 2.5 hectares planted at the entrance of the farm and the Arinto grape, known locally as Pedernã.

Two live training systems: the unilateral cordon trellis and deployed mainly on unproductive areas of the property (such as roads and paths).

The Solar das Bouças is born at the hands of the wine maker Álvaro van Zeller and it is a light, fruity and slightly sparkling wine ideal for serving with seafood, fish or white meats. Its freshness and 11% alcohol contents turn it into a remarkable pleasant drink.

Visitors can taste and purchase wine on the property.
